Perceptions on the independence and impartiality of the judiciary in Kosovo
This project consisted of a nation-wide survey of 1500 members of the public to research and assess their perception on the independence and impartiality of the judiciary in Kosovo. The data analysis was synthesized in a report separated in three sections: General Overview of the Judiciary in Kosovo; Impartiality and Efficiency of the Judiciary in Kosovo and Use of information channels on the work of the Judiciary in Kosovo.
Kosovo European Perspective
European Union Office in Kosovo conducts an annual comprehensive study of the Kosovo population to look at attitudes towards EU integration. This study is an overview of public attitudes as they stand throughout the years, and how they have changed in time. The last study conducted by UBO Consulting happened in July 2016. The data has been collected through 1500 face-to-face interviews with respondents over the age of 15 years old in the urban and rural settlements.
Integrity Scan of the Institutions of Kosovo
Contracted by FOL Movement, UBO Consulting has carried out the study “Integrity Scan of the Institutions of Kosovo 2016” conducted with 1000 officials from public institutions from the central and local level. The purpose of this research was to shed light on the knowledge of employees in public institutions on the legal framework for integrity and other duties and responsibilities regarding the civil service of the Republic of Kosovo.
Gjakova Citizens’ Perception of Informal Dumps and Waste Management
The purpose of the study was to obtain the attitudes, perceptions and behaviors of Gjakova citizens towards environment, with specific focus on illegal waste dumps and dumping, litter, household waste and waste management.
Edu Corruption Scan 2016
Contracted by FOL Movement, UBO Consulting has carried out the study "Edu Corruption Scan". This research was conducted in five municipalities of Kosovo in order to measure the perceptions, knowledge, and experience in dealing with corruption in the education system.
MOSAIC Survey 2015[UNDP]
The aim of the survey was to identify and re-assess citizens’ perceptions, needs and priorities with respect to public services as well as to compare the results with the baseline situation reflected in the previous Kosovo Mosaic reports while highlighting emerging trends and developments related to delivery of public services. The survey included 6700 respondents covering all 34 municipalities in Kosovo. The technique utilized to carry out the survey was face to face interviews. The sample of respondents was achieved by employing a multi-stage random selection method and represented by 5596 K-Albanians and 1204 K- Serbs
Public Opinion Survey 2015[NDI]
This study is designed to measure the attitudes of the Kosovo population (all ethnicities) regarding coexistence between different ethnicities, to identify how much has changed the perception of citizens regarding ethnic and religious conflicts in Kosovo before and after 1999, and how much relations between different ethnicities improved have. This study is conducted with 1,500 respondents, representing Albanian, Serbian and other communities
Public Opinion Survey 2015[EULEX]
The purpose of this survey study was to gather statistically reliable data and focused insights citizens’ perceptions on EULEX in general. More specifically, this public opinion survey was about the image of the European Union Rule of Law Mission in Kosovo (EULEX), image of the new EULEX structure, awareness of the mandate of EULEX, expectations of Kosovo public concerning EULEX activities, satisfaction with Kosovo Police, satisfaction with Kosovo’s Judiciary, performance of local authorities, and media preferences. The sample design included the Albanian and Serbian population in Kosovo (1,400 respondents in total)
Public Opinion Survey 2015[NATO KFOR]
KFOR commissioned two public opinion surveys among 3,200 Kosovo Albanian and Serb respondents (1,600 respondents for each survey). The objective of this research study was to measure and gain insight into general media habits and preferences, KFOR image attitudes and expectations regarding current and future events

Court Satisfaction Survey 2014[USAID EROL]
UBO Consulting was commissioned by Checchi & Company Consulting to conduct a baseline and an end-line survey within the USAID EROL (Effective Rule of Law) project. The studies were designed to measure user experience of, and satisfaction with, services and facilities provided at court sites, with the results were supposed to be used to monitor and improve service delivery and facilities at courts. The surveys were based on a quantitative survey of 1,301 respondents across seven basic courts, their respective branches, and court service users of the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Kosovo
